Your credit card number and other personal data will be treated with the highest standards of security and confidentiality. Any personal information you provide to us is maintained on secure servers and our internal systems. We take appropriate security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access. To prevent unauthorized access, we maintain appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information and data stored on our system. Thank you for using our site. As you have experienced with virtually all websites, your use of this site is subject to certain terms and conditions of use set forth below. These Terms are important for both you and us as they create a legally binding agreement between us, protecting your rights as a valued customer and our rights as a business. You agree that:- CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: You must cancel your reservation 48 hours before your scheduled class to receive a full refund. If you would like to reschedule your reservation, you must do so 48 hours before your scheduled class. To ensure your request has been received promptly, please email academy@dipietrotodd.com. Making changes to your reservation in less than 48 hours of your scheduled class (or failure to show) will result in no refund or no reversal of points.
- We do not have access to your salon’s point accrual information. Your point accrual information should be obtained by your brand representative. If you register for a course using one of the point systems, please be sure you have enough points for the class you enroll in. If you do not have enough points to purchase the class, you will be notified and you will not be confirmed in the course until the proper point amount has been redeemed.
- You agree to provide correct and accurate e-mail, postal and/or other contact details to us and acknowledge that we may use these details to contact you in the event that this should prove necessary
- If you do not give us all of the information that we need, we may not be able to complete your order
- You will not use the Site to communicate, transmit, or post material that infringes on the intellectual property, privacy or publicity right of another person or entity
- You must be a licensed cosmetologist to enroll in our courses
- By placing an order through the website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
